1. Showroom Catalog

The products displayed on CrownSports represent our current active sports catalog. We do our best to maintain exact price listings and sizes charts, but all order volumes and stock configurations are verified and finalized directly during WhatsApp consultations.

2. Customized Printing

Custom name and number embroidery/print requests (polyurethane heat-pressed badge customizations) require a small fee (+₹150). Because these are custom layouts designed uniquely for you, once details are verified and custom prints start, the jersey cannot be returned or swapped unless there is a clear material manufacturing error.

3. Payment & Dispatch

Payments are processed directly on WhatsApp via UPI, bank transfers, or standard payment link channels. Dispatch is coordinated using reliable third-party couriers with tracing codes provided. CrownSports is not liable for delayed deliveries due to state lockdowns, local courier outages, or invalid addresses provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All logo designs, custom site frameworks, and promotional studio captures are owned by CrownSports. Reusing assets without permission is strictly prohibited.
